We were coming home from our evening stroll (a tradition in Italy called the passeggiata) and, just around the corner from our apartment, in the Piazza di Pietra we came upon a group of actors, tech crew and extras preparing for a film shoot.
This actor in her costume and make-up was one of the first people we noticed.
We next noticed these actors, who were also looking fabulous.
The actors and crew were just going into their dinner break, so we carried on home.
Later, from our terrace, we could see that the piazza was lit up and we could hear amplified directions, so we went down to see what was happening.
The extras, who were positioned throughout the square, were being prepared for a typical Italian night-life scene, through which a couple were going to drive their motorcycle.
