It is intriguing indeed to think about a master needing to practice ... I wonder who thought up the title "Colour Trials; a Loop". Does Colour Trials sound like a good band name? LisaRR
Rather than practicing, Mr Turner would be checking the colour before applying it, Lisa. I do it on scraps of paper that I later make into bookmarks. Ever practical. Bill
