Our Home in NYC

Bill enjoys his morning coffee in our tiny, comfortable apartment in the Big Apple.
Here's our view of West 21st Street between 8th and 9th Avenue in Chelsea.
We`re right across the street from a public schoolyard. Love the mural!
It`s a charming, quiet, classic Manhattan residential street.
We`d have loved to be staying in this converted fire station! But our building is one of the most modest.
Still the Airbnb rental is working perfectly as the Tomatoes control-centre for our week-long visit.

  1. What a great neighbourhood - nice bike lanes and murals. Looks like a fine place you've got, clean and modest, what more would you want.

  2. It is perfect, Shelley -- and the location is the best thing about it. We visited the galleries in Chelsea today and never left our neighbourhood. We have Gagosian just down the street!
