Trevi Fountain in the Rain

It's been raining the past few days in Rome, but that doesn't stop us tourists from making the most of our limited time. It was fun to see so many colourful umbrellas at the Trevi Fountain.
Bill often held both our umbrellas so that I could concentrate on the camera.
The Trevi is always great for street photography.
The mix of people is endlessly fascinating.

  1. Don't you find rain in Italy, completely romantic!?

  2. We do. The light gleaming on the cobblestones, people rushing for cover -- always into a nearby bar or cafe for a little drinkie to beguile the tedium...
